On 12 September 2024 the trustees of the Waitomo Energy Services Customer Trust (“WESCT”) gave notice that they proposed to amend the Trust Deed. On 31 October 2024 the trustees gave notice that they propose to make further amendments in addition to or substitution of those notified on 12 September 2024.
