Nominations seeking two trustees for the Waitomo Energy Services Customer Trust closed on February 17, 2022.
There were two nominations received for the positions; therefore, in alphabetical order of surname, I declare Cathryn Prendergast and Guy Whitaker as “B” Trustees of the Waitomo Energy Services Customer Trust for a term of three years commencing on April 1, 2022, and concluding on March 31, 2025.
As the Trust has filled the two positions, the meeting of major customers on March 17, 2022, is cancelled.
